Printelune privacy notice

Starmen House operates Printelune to manage product personalization. The app processes option configuration, installation and session credentials, artwork and pseudonymous operational records. Shopify receives personalization answers as order properties. Printelune does not save text answers, customer profiles, customer emails or payment details.

Artwork and credentials are encrypted at rest on an isolated OVH SAS service in France. Artwork is available only to authenticated merchant users and expires after 30 days. Pseudonymous access-operation records and encrypted backups are retained for seven days. A separate encrypted erasure journal prevents deleted material from returning during recovery. Verified uninstall and shop-erasure events remove hosted shop data.

Shoppers can remove artwork using the private removal receipt retained in their browser. The merchant can remove it through the app. Do not clear your browser storage until you no longer need that receipt. No identity lookup is available for anonymous artwork: contact the merchant with the artwork reference if you lose the receipt.
